Where Can I Find My Tracking Number?

Your tracking number or tracking link will normally appear in the dispatch confirmation email sent after your order leaves our fulfilment location.

If you cannot find the email, please check your spam, promotions or junk folder.

My Tracking Link Is Not Working

Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to become active after dispatch.

This does not necessarily mean that your parcel has not been shipped. The carrier may still be processing it through its network.

Please allow the tracking system time to update before contacting Customer Care.

My Tracking Has Not Updated

It is normal for tracking to remain unchanged for a short period while a parcel is moving between delivery facilities.

Tracking delays may occur because of:

• Courier processing times
• Weekends or public holidays
• Severe weather
• High parcel volumes
• Customs inspections
• International transit

If there has been no update for an extended period, please contact our Customer Care team.

My Parcel Is Marked as Delivered

If tracking shows that your parcel has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

1. Check around your property and any designated safe place.
2. Ask other members of your household.
3. Check with neighbours, reception staff or building management.
4. Review any delivery photograph or carrier notification.
5. Contact the delivery carrier for further details.

If you are still unable to locate the parcel, contact Valoria London with your order number and tracking information.

International Tracking

International orders may be transferred between different delivery partners during transit. As a result, tracking updates may be less frequent while the parcel is travelling between countries or undergoing customs clearance.

In some cases, a local tracking number may be issued once the parcel reaches the destination country.

Delivery Times

Delivery estimates vary depending on your destination and the shipping method selected during checkout.

Incorrect Delivery Address

Please contact us immediately if you notice an error in your delivery address.

We will try to assist where possible, but address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing or has already been dispatched.
