Sending a Gift Directly

You may send an order directly to the recipient by entering their delivery address during checkout.

Please check the recipient’s name, address and contact details carefully before completing your order, as changes may not be possible once fulfilment has begun.

Where a gift-message option is available during checkout, you may include a short personal message with your order.

Gift Receipts

We generally do not include printed pricing information inside the parcel. Order and payment details are normally sent electronically to the purchaser.

Returns for Gift Orders

Gift purchases remain subject to our standard return conditions. Eligible items must be unworn, unused and returned with their original packaging and proof of purchase.

Refunds are normally issued to the original payment method used by the purchaser.
