General Promotion Conditions

Unless otherwise stated:

• Promotions are available for a limited time only.
• Offers are subject to availability.
• Only one promotional code may be used per order.
• Promotions cannot normally be combined.
• Discounts have no cash value.
• Offers cannot be applied retrospectively to completed orders.
• Selected products, collections or services may be excluded.

How to Use a Discount Code

Enter the applicable promotional code in the discount-code field during checkout before completing payment.

The discount should appear in your order summary before you place the order. It is your responsibility to check that the code has been applied correctly.

A discount cannot normally be added after an order has been submitted.

Promotion Period

Each promotion will begin and end at the dates and times stated in the relevant promotional material.

Unless otherwise specified, stated times refer to United Kingdom time.

Orders must be successfully completed before the promotion ends. Adding an item to your basket does not reserve the product or promotional price.

Eligibility

Unless otherwise stated, the complimentary item cannot be exchanged for cash or another product.

Buy One, Get One and Multi-Buy Offers

Multi-buy promotions apply only to eligible products purchased in the same transaction.

Where products have different prices, the discount may be applied to the lowest-priced eligible item unless otherwise stated.

If part of a multi-buy order is returned, the refund will be recalculated according to the value actually paid and the promotion’s stated terms.

Newsletter and Welcome Discounts

Automatic Discounts

Cancelled and Failed Orders

Misuse of Promotions

Valoria London may decline or cancel promotional benefits where there is reasonable evidence of:

• Unauthorised code distribution
• Multiple accounts created to avoid redemption limits
• Self-referral
• Automated or bulk purchasing
• Attempts to manipulate the checkout or promotion

Any action taken will not affect rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes or Withdrawal

Valoria London may amend, suspend or withdraw a promotion where reasonably necessary, including because of technical errors, fraud, stock issues or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We will not alter a promotion retrospectively in a way that unfairly removes benefits already validly earned by customers.

Technical Problems

Valoria London is not responsible for promotion failures caused solely by customer-device, internet or browser issues.

Where a problem results from our website or checkout system, we will review the circumstances and consider an appropriate resolution.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.
